Residential Property Tax Exemption Forms
Use the following forms when applying for exemptions on your residential property. Please submit the application and any applicable attachments to our office via U.S. mail. Our contact information can be found by clicking here.
- General Residence Homestead Exemption
- Disabled Person Exemption
- Age 65 or Older Exemption
- Surviving Spouse of an Individual Who Qualified for the Age 65 or Older Exemption
- 100% Disabled Veteran’s Exemption
- Surviving Spouse of a Disabled Veteran Who Received the 100% Disabled Veteran’s Exemption.
This application includes the following exemptions:
- Disabled Veteran’s Exemption
- Surviving Spouse or Child of a Deceased Disabled Veteran
- Surviving Spouse or Child of an Armed Services Member Who Died on Active Duty
